Filming Locations Deployment
All war and FOB scenes for War Torn will be filmed in New Mexico, primarily in the City of Deming and Luna County, at the Wesely Bros. Film Studio. The region’s wide desert landscapes provide an authentic environment for portraying military operations in the Middle East.
Additional scenes set in the village and marketplace will be filmed on property owned by New Mexico Tech, located on the western side of Deming, allowing the production to recreate realistic civilian environments connected to the story’s military setting.
Filming Locations HOME
All scenes set back home in the United States will be filmed in Nashville, Tennessee. The production is grateful for the support of New Vision Baptist Church, which is providing access to its facilities as well as volunteers who are helping bring these scenes to life.
Additional sequences—including the homes of Jake and Kelly, the bar scenes, and the prison sequences—will be filmed at local Nashville locations, where the production has established strong relationships and connections within the community. These authentic settings help ground the story in a believable American home environment.
